About A.M Locksmiths

A.M Locksmiths is a mobile locksmith based in Witham, working on site rather than from a shop. Customers mention lockouts, door lock repairs and gearbox replacements on uPVC doors, as well as changing a barrel from a toothed key to a euro cylinder. Reviewers describe the work as careful and the explanations as clear.

Several customers say the locksmith arrived quickly, sometimes within the time he quoted, and stayed until the work was finished to their satisfaction. One customer reports a repair that needed a part ordered in. Others say the price was reasonable for the work done.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
