Terms and conditions
Last updated 3 November 2026. These terms apply to your use of nnal.co.uk, run by Centraserve Ltd, registered in England. By using the site you accept them.
What the site is
The NNAL Locksmith Directory is an information website. It lists locksmith businesses and publishes general advice about locks and home security. We don't provide locksmith services, take bookings or act as an agent for any business listed, and a listing is not a recommendation or endorsement.
Information on the site
Business details come from public sources, mainly Google Maps, and may be out of date or wrong. Advice articles are general information, not professional advice for your situation. We provide the site "as is" and, so far as the law allows, give no warranty that the information is accurate, complete or current. Always confirm prices, availability and credentials directly with a business before using it. Any agreement for work is between you and that business.
Liability
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings with any business listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, or copy the directory in bulk by automated means, and no submitting unlawful, abusive or misleading content through the contact form.
Affiliate links
Some pages contain affiliate links to Amazon.co.uk. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Product prices and availability are set by Amazon and can change.
Intellectual property and takedown
The site's text, design and compilation belong to Centraserve Ltd unless stated otherwise. Photos on listings are credited to their authors via Google Maps. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, or you want a business listing corrected or removed, please tell us through the contact form and we will act promptly.
Links to other sites
We link to businesses' own websites, Google Maps and Amazon. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their own courts.
