About Access Locks Co

Access Locks Co is a locksmith based in Kilmarnock, operating from a shop rather than as a mobile-only service, and it is not limited to a service area. The business is listed as open around the clock. Customers mention lockout call-outs, with one describing a front door opened the same morning, and a repair that was explained clearly beforehand.

Reviews are mixed. Several customers describe a prompt response, courteous staff, a tidy workspace and fair prices. One reviewer reports that the company was more expensive than local competitors and that a job cancellation was handled poorly, and this is a single account rather than a consistent pattern.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
