About Ares Locksmith Norwich

Ares Locksmith Norwich operates as a locksmith in Norwich and is open around the clock, according to the page's hours. Customers describe lockouts, lock replacements and an emergency call-out to secure a property after forced entry. Reviewers mention prompt arrival, with one saying the locksmith came earlier than the appointment time, and describe the work as quick, tidy and explained clearly.

One customer who was locked out of their home reported a fast response compared with other numbers they had tried. Another review, however, describes a charge far above a quoted figure, and a reviewer raised concerns about the pricing. Reviews also describe the business as run by a single operator rather than a team.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
