About Autokey Services

Autokey Services is a locksmith in Stoke-on-Trent that is not a fixed shop only: the listing indicates it works across an area rather than from one site alone for all jobs. Customers mention car key work, including replacement keys and a central locking fault, and one describes a mobile visit for replacement keys. Reviews describe staff as helpful and clear about the work needed, with comments on fair pricing and prompt responses.

Other reviews are mixed. One customer describes a car being kept for two days and a dispute over damaged keys and payment, while the others report positive outcomes. Another customer says a replacement key was not in stock but the original key was cleaned and worked again.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.

The NNAL Locksmith Directory is independent and not connected with Autokey Services. Details come from Google Maps and were last checked November 2026. Is this business closed, or is the listing wrong? Tell us; business owners can ask for changes or removal the same way.
