About Avon Security Ltd

Avon Security Ltd is a mobile locksmith based in Salisbury, which operates as a call-out service rather than a shop. Customers mention lockouts, including cars where keys had been locked inside or lost, as well as key cutting and key programming. Other jobs reported include repairs and adjustments to patio and front doors and opening a safe with a faulty keypad.

Reviewers describe the team as prompt, with arrival times of around 30 minutes to a couple of hours reported. Some customers say the staff explained the problem clearly and were patient when handling calls over the phone, and several describe the service as good value.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
