About Benn Security Services Ltd
Benn Security Services Ltd is a shop in Northampton, not a mobile service, and it is open during standard trading hours. Customers most often mention key cutting, with several describing it as cheaper than other key cutters in the town and quick to complete while they wait. Some also report that the team repaired an older Victorian lock and made a custom part to restore it. Customers commonly describe staff as polite and helpful, and the shop as clean.
One customer reported a poor experience with an alarm system job, saying the follow-up was slow and the work was not arranged as they had hoped. Other reviews describe the service more positively, so the experience appears to vary between customers.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
