About Blackthorn Security

Blackthorn Security is a locksmith based in Quarryhead, operating from a fixed premises rather than as a mobile-only service. The business is shown on the directory as open around the clock. One customer review describes a late-night lockout that was attended within about an hour, with the lock opened without damage or replacement.

The same review praises the technician as friendly and professional and says the callout cost was fair for an out-of-hours visit. Customers in this listing have reported little beyond that single account, so the range of jobs the business handles is not clear from the available information.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
