About Buckle and Jones

Buckle and Jones is a locksmith in Carlisle that operates from a fixed location rather than only as a mobile service. Customers mention a range of work, including fitting composite doors, repairing a uPVC door that had dropped out of its frame, cutting keys, and repairing an automatic garage door. One customer reports having a lock barrel repaired rather than replaced after a break-in. Reviewers describe the staff as polite, helpful and knowledgeable, and say the work was tidy and explained clearly.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
