About Carkey Mobile Auto Locksmith
Carkey Mobile Auto Locksmith is a mobile service based in Swindon, so it attends customers at their location rather than operating from a shop. Customers mention vehicle key replacement and repair, including a lost car key and a worn ignition barrel, as well as a key whose casing and electronics failed after purchase. Reviewers report that the business called back quickly after out-of-hours messages, sometimes attending the same day, and that work was completed on site, in some cases within the hour.
Customers describe the staff as friendly and polite, and say the price given on the phone matched the final cost. One reviewer reports that a faulty key was replaced under a no-charge goodwill arrangement after the warranty period had ended. The business is also described as offering lockout assistance.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
