About City Heel Bar
City Heel Bar is a shoe repair shop in Belfast that also cuts keys. Customers mention shoe repairs such as heel replacements, sole work and rubber soles coming away from leather, and say jobs are often completed quickly. Key cutting, including car keys, is also mentioned, with one customer describing a car key being sorted in minutes after an initial problem with the key's internal chip.
Reviewers describe the staff as friendly and welcoming, and several say the work is good quality and reasonably priced. One customer reports that a repair that did not work the first time was followed by a different suggested fix. The business is a fixed shop rather than a mobile service, although one customer mentions the car key work being done at the vehicle.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
The NNAL Locksmith Directory is independent and not connected with City Heel Bar. Details come from Google Maps and were last checked November 2026. Is this business closed, or is the listing wrong? Tell us; business owners can ask for changes or removal the same way.
