About City Locks Co - Inverness

City Locks Co - Inverness is a locksmith based in Inverness that operates from a fixed location rather than as a mobile-only service. Customers mention lockouts, lock changes on front and back doors, lock adjustments and repairs to faulty door locks. Several describe the work as completed the same day, and one reports that the locksmith adjusted a door rather than replacing the lock. Reviewers also note a tidy job and clear advice on keeping doors in good working order.

One customer describes waiting several weeks for a lock replacement after the company said it would make contact, and reported not receiving a reply to messages. Reports on responsiveness are therefore mixed, though most reviewers describe prompt contact and professional work.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
