About Cutting Edge Locksmith

Cutting Edge Locksmith is a Maidstone-based locksmith that is open around the clock. Reviewers mention lock changes, the fitting of an additional lock, adjusting lock pins on site, cutting keys, and a late-afternoon call-out on Christmas Eve to secure a home. Customers describe arrivals that were prompt and workmanship that was neat and tidy.

Several reviewers say the work was explained clearly and that the prices they were quoted were fair, with one saying the cost compared favourably with another quote. A customer also reports that minor door adjustments were made without extra charge. These points come from customer accounts rather than verified records.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
