About DFM Locksmiths

DFM Locksmiths is a mobile locksmith based in Kelty, serving customers on a visiting basis rather than from a shop. Customers mention lock replacements, repairs to uPVC doors and lock fitting on both main and side doors, and say the work is generally done quickly and explained clearly.

Reviewers describe the service as prompt and punctual, with arrival at the agreed time. Several mention the locksmith's clear communication, identifying the cause of a fault and talking them through it, and one business customer says jobs are handled efficiently and securing premises is a regular need for them. Customers also say pricing is reasonable and that card payment is accepted.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
