About DKR Locksmiths

DKR Locksmiths is based in Saint Ives and operates a 24-hour service. The business is not limited to a service area, so customers may contact it from the local area. Customer reviews describe a prompt response, including one visitor who said an engineer arrived within about fifteen minutes after a key jammed in a front door late in the evening. Other reviews mention a quick call-out for a lock repair and a visit to a holiday park to fix a caravan door.

Reviewers describe the work as quick and professional, and one mentions the engineer explaining the problem clearly before carrying out the fix. Several customers report that the service was good value.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
