Reviewers describe the engineer, Charlie, as arriving promptly, keeping them updated by phone when they could not attend in person, and explaining the work clearly. One customer reports a quick response to a jammed door handle that left them unable to leave a room, and another describes a locks-changed job completed on time after an initial quote. Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
