About Eydens Auto Locksmiths

Eydens Auto Locksmiths is a locksmith in Coventry. It is not a 24-hour service and it is not described as an area-only business, so it appears to operate from a set base in the city. Customers mention car-related work, including immobiliser fitting, car key replacement and dash cam installation, and several describe a shop visit or the fitter attending their home. Reviews commonly describe prompt contact, friendly staff and a clear explanation of the work before it starts.

Reports are mixed on one point. One reviewer says a car key stopped working after about eighteen months and was judged to be damaged by the way it had been used, which the customer disputed. Other reviews describe rapid response to a lockout and a fitter who phoned ahead to explain the process.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
