About G T Locksmiths

G T Locksmiths is based in Bryers and is not a 24-hour service. Customers mention lockouts at home, car key replacement and key fob reprogramming, and a van that would not start because of a key problem. One reviewer describes an engineer arriving within the hour of being called, and another says the company came to a job more than two hours' drive from the nearest depot after other firms had declined. Reviewers describe the staff as friendly and the pricing as reasonable, including for a full lock replacement carried out on a late-night call-out.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
