Reviews describe prompt answering of calls, the company keeping customers informed about arrival times, and a fitter who explained the work before carrying it out.
Reviews are mixed on pricing. One customer felt a quotation was higher than expected and reported being advised that a lock mechanism needed replacing, while others described the price as reasonable and said they were not pressured into extra work. Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
