About Jarman - Thanet Locksmiths

Jarman - Thanet Locksmiths is a locksmith business based in Broadstairs. It is listed as a mobile service rather than a shop. Customers describe lockout callouts, lock changes, repairs to older locks and advice on why a door no longer closes properly. Reviewers mention arriving promptly and explaining what the work involved.

Reviews also refer to work on locks in older homes, including a long-painted-over lock and a toilet lock that had defeated other tradespeople. Customers say the work was completed quickly and that no unexpected extra costs appeared. The reviews are consistently positive and describe the business as reliable and polite.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
