About keys 4 the city
Keys 4 the City is a locksmith based in Sutton Coldfield that operates around the clock. Customers mention lockouts, including at night, as well as a domestic-style van lock being opened quickly on site. Reviews describe the arrival times as agreed and the work as done within minutes or about half an hour.
Pricing is the most frequently raised concern in the reviews. Several customers say the final bill was far higher than the quoted figure, with out-of-hours charges and labour costs added on, and one reports a lock change on a pensioner's door billed at a sum they described as shocking. Other reviews are positive about the staff's manner and the explanation given for the work.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
