About Keys & Locks Direct Ltd

Keys & Locks Direct Ltd is a locksmith in Torquay. The business is a shop rather than a mobile service, and customers mention a range of work including key cutting, lock repair, and help with uPVC door handles. Reviews describe a friendly, practical approach, with staff offering advice on fittings and in some cases supplying small replacement parts at no charge.

Customers also report quick response times and fair pricing, and one describes the staff as helpful with a lock restoration project. Taken together, reviews point to a service that deals with both everyday lock jobs and more unusual repairs.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
