About King's of Ipswich

King's of Ipswich is a shoe repair shop in Ipswich, operating from a premises rather than as a mobile service. Customers mention key cutting, including multiple keys cut in one visit, and engraving, such as a personalised trinket box and medals. Several describe staff as friendly and prompt, and one customer reports that repairs were brought out to their car.

Customers also report that shoe repairs have been carried out with extra care, such as cleaning and waxing shoes during the wait. Others say that staff explained what was possible, including one who was told a watch strap could not be replaced because it was built into the watch. The business is described as having served local customers over a period of years.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.

The NNAL Locksmith Directory is independent and not connected with King's of Ipswich. Details come from Google Maps and were last checked November 2026. Is this business closed, or is the listing wrong? Tell us; business owners can ask for changes or removal the same way.
