About Krown Kleaners

Krown Kleaners is a launderette in Birmingham offering self-service washing machines and dryers. Customers who use the dryers describe them as gas-fired, heating up quickly, and say the cost per cycle is reasonable. Some mention that the shop gets busier later in the afternoon, and that parking near the premises is limited.

Reviews are mixed. Some customers describe the staff as helpful and welcoming, particularly to people unfamiliar with the machines. Others report a poor experience, including rude service, an unpleasant smell in the shop, and a pressing job that left garments creased.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
