About KSM Locksmiths

KSM Locksmiths is based in Saltash and works on a mobile basis, with customers in Cornwall and beyond. Customers mention emergency call-outs, lock replacements, fitting new locks at a property and resolving a window that would not open. Reviews describe prompt responses, a clear explanation of the faults found and a tidy finish once the work was done.

Several reviewers say the firm charged a flat rate for labour and did not add an out-of-hours charge, and one mentions no extra fees for key rings and fobs. Some customers say the work was carried out at a time agreed around their own schedules, including a job carried out remotely for a relative.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
