About Lincoln Security

Lincoln Security is a security installation business based in Lincoln, offering alarm systems and locksmith work. Its service area is not limited to a particular radius, and it is not a 24-hour operation. Customers report having locks changed after a break-in, the fitting of door hardware, and intruder alarm installations preceded by a site survey. The business also has a trade counter, which one trade customer describes as helpful and knowledgeable over several years of use.

Reviewers describe installers as polite, tidy and efficient, with work completed without fuss. Some mention being taken through how a new system operates, and others praise the setup of a single key set across several doors. These accounts describe individual experiences rather than a uniform standard of service.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
