About Lock & Key Solutions

Lock & Key Solutions is a locksmith based in Edinburgh. Customers mention lockouts, lock repairs on uPVC front doors and a visit on a Sunday. Several reviewers describe the team as quick to attend, with one saying they arrived within ten minutes, and some describe a friendly, attentive manner and good communication about the work.

Not all feedback is positive. One reviewer reported that a quoted price was changed before the work was carried out and that calls went unanswered for a period. Reviewers who describe their experience positively mention reasonable pricing and a willingness to return out of hours.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
