About Lock City - Auto Locksmith & Car Key Specialist In Bristol & Bath

Lock City is a Bristol-based automotive locksmith that customers describe as working mainly on vehicles. Reviewers mention opening locked cars, restoring a flat battery, fixing ignition problems on vans, and cutting and programming replacement car keys. Several say the business attended quickly, including at short notice and in the evening, and that the work was completed the same day or the next. The business is a mobile service rather than a shop, and it is not open around the clock.

Customers also describe the service as friendly and professional, with the work explained clearly. One reviewer compared quotes from several other locksmiths and reports that this firm's price for a car key was lower, while another contrasts it with local providers who could not cut the key at all. Reviews are consistently positive about the owner's conduct on site.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
