About Norlox
Norlox is a locksmith business in Kettering that works on both automotive and domestic locks. Based on the facts provided, it is not a 24-hour service. Customers describe the work as covering lockouts with a lock that failed, spare car keys, a car key stuck in a door lock, and a van key, with one customer mentioning a new lock fitted after a longer job than expected. The business is described online as providing rapid response.
Reviewers consistently describe quick arrivals, often within an hour or the day after a request, and say the locksmith explained the work and tried other options before drilling a lock. Customers also mention reasonable pricing and a willingness to return to attempt a remote key when the first visit could not complete it.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
