About Norris Bilsborough Ltd. Locksmiths

Norris Bilsborough Ltd. Locksmiths is based in Macclesfield and operates as a local service rather than a service area only. Customers mention lockouts, a jammed front door, a stiff external door, a mortise lock fitted in a newly moved-to property, and smoother-running patio doors.

Reviewers describe prompt arrivals, often within about 30 minutes of a call, and work completed the same day or the next day. Customers report that the locksmith explained the fault, tidied up after the job, and carried out small extra adjustments such as tightening screws or lubricating parts of a door. Several say the service was good value for money.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
