About North East Lock & Key Co
North East Lock & Key Co is a locksmith and security wholesaler in Washington, supplying locks and door hardware. The business is not a 24-hour service. Customers mention jobs such as key cutting, car key replacement and supplying items like letterboxes and door handles.
Reviews are mixed. Some customers describe fast arrival, text updates when a call went unanswered, and a completed job within a few hours. Others report that key blanks cut for them were not accurate and needed refitting, and that a refund offered covered only the cutting charge. Several customers praise staff for personal attention and for sourcing a hard-to-find part, and describe prices as competitive.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
