About North West Locks

North West Locks is a locksmith based in Liverpool that works as a shop rather than a mobile-only service, according to the listing details. Customers who have written reviews mention arriving within the hour or half an hour of being called, and describe the work as quick and done in a single visit. One long-standing customer reports using the business for lock fitting and replacement since 2012, and says the work is carried out with respect for the property.

Reviewers describe the owner as explaining the cost before starting work, and some note that the prices are reasonable. Other reports mention the business being a dependable contact for urgent call-outs. Reviews focus on the personal, direct nature of the service and its speed of response rather than on a wide range of job types.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
