About Open Locks Telford

Open Locks Telford is a locksmith based in Telford, offering services that include emergency-style call-outs as customers describe them, and it is listed as operating around the clock. Customers mention jobs such as opening locked doors where the key was lost or trapped, repairing or rehanging doors, and fitting or fixing front door locks. Several reviewers say the team came out quickly, sometimes within the hour, and that the quoted price was kept even when the job turned out harder than expected.

Customers describe the technician as friendly, professional and willing to explain the work, with one reporting advice on locks and home security. Reviews also note that the call-out cost was lower than expected and that the technician suggested a self-fitting option rather than charging for a lock change.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
