About Prime Locksmith
Prime Locksmith is based in Crewe and operates as a fixed-base business rather than a service-area-only operator. Customers mention a range of work, including lockouts, lock replacements, repairs to uPVC doors and bifold doors, and garage door locks. Reviewers describe a quick response to calls, including one late-night lockout where the engineer arrived within about half an hour, and say the work was thorough and tidy with no mess left behind.
Several customers describe the engineers as friendly and courteous, and one reports that a further door fault was fixed during the same visit. Others say the prices were explained before any work began. Reviews are consistently positive, and customers report that the engineers took time to make sure the work was right.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
The NNAL Locksmith Directory is independent and not connected with Prime Locksmith. Details come from Google Maps and were last checked November 2026. Is this business closed, or is the listing wrong? Tell us; business owners can ask for changes or removal the same way.
