R Brown & Co
Johnstone, Renfrewshire
About R Brown & Co
R Brown & Co is a shoe repair shop in Johnstone. The facts available describe it as a shop rather than a mobile service, and it does not cover a wider service area. Customers mention repairs to shoes and boots, including resoling, replacing worn heels and reconditioning leather. One reviewer describes having a pair of walking shoes resoled rather than replaced, and another has had boots resoled with a new grippy sole.
Several customers say they have used the business for years and describe the service as consistently good. Reviewers mention that the repairs were carried out well and that the staff conditioned the leather of a second-hand pair of boots as part of the work. The reviews are all positive, and they focus on footwear rather than locksmith or key-cutting work.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
