About Ross-Dean Locksmiths, Car Keys & UPVC Double Glazing Repair

Ross-Dean Locksmiths is a mobile service based in Ruardean that covers its wider area rather than a single shop. Its listed work includes emergency vehicle key replacement and repairs to domestic doors and windows. Customers mention help with car key fobs, fixing a seized aluminium patio door lock, and sorting a rear UPVC door, with one reporting that the engineer arrived within about fifteen minutes of being called.

Reviewers describe the staff as friendly, communicative and willing to give maintenance advice. One customer said the firm could not programme a recently bought car key, a job that needed a dealer, but still explained what to do next. Reviews are generally positive about the help given and the clarity of contact.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
