About Sparrow Locksmith - UPVC Specialist
Sparrow Locksmith is a UPVC specialist based in Northampton, working from a shop rather than as a mobile service. Customers describe work on uPVC doors and windows, including hinge and mechanism problems on older doors, and one customer reports a window repair done at short notice. The business is not open around the clock.
Reviewers consistently mention clear explanations of the work and practical advice on maintaining doors and windows afterwards. Several report that arrival times were kept and that jobs were completed promptly, including one visit made the day after the request and another where extra time was spent on difficult doors. Communication by WhatsApp is also mentioned.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
