About Stokes & Sons Security Ltd

Stokes & Sons Security Ltd is a locksmith based in Cheltenham. The facts available describe a business that works in the town itself rather than a mobile service covering a wider area, and it is not open around the clock. Customers mention key cutting, including keys that are harder to copy, and repair work on multipoint door locks, along with opening a locked box.

Reviews describe staff who give clear advice to customers who are unsure what they need, and a few mention work finished while the customer waited. One customer reports a key cut again on a return visit, and another describes a service that was quick and inexpensive. Opinions in the reviews are mixed on how well problems were resolved, so the experiences described here vary between visits.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
