About The Door Doctor Uk
The Door Doctor Uk is a Plymouth-based business listed on nnal.co.uk as a double glazing installer. The listing states that it does not operate a 24-hour service and that it is not a service-area-only business. Customers mention repairs to window mechanisms, a balcony restored after a long period of disuse, the supply of a replacement fire door locking mechanism and a front door that would not lock properly. Several describe the work as tidy, with the site left clean afterwards, and a few mention appointments being kept on the agreed date.
Reviews are mixed on price. One customer found the service friendly but felt the cost was high compared with buying the same item elsewhere, while others describe the cost as reasonable or good value for the work done.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
