About The door surgeon

The Door Surgeon is a locksmith and door specialist in Bradford, offering repair, maintenance and installation work. The business works across the local area and is run as a service visit rather than a shop with a counter. Based on the evidence, its jobs include uPVC and composite door realignment, window repairs, and fitting replacement locks to doors that were not locking properly.

Customers report that the work was completed promptly, often on the day they called, and that visits were on time. One reviewer describes the technician explaining what needed doing and why a door was not closing correctly before carrying it out. Several reviews say that doors which had previously been adjusted without success were made to sit and close properly after the visit.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
