About The Lock Specialist Ltd

The Lock Specialist Ltd is a London locksmith that describes its work as lock services and repairs, with a Google listing that refers to emergency call-outs. Customers in the reviews mention lock replacements and fitting, including work on an older property, and say the team arrived when expected, explained the new mechanism and checked the lock worked properly before leaving. One customer said the premises were left tidy.

One review criticises the charge for a lockout, describing the fee as high for a short job. Other reviewers report the call-out was quick, with one describing the job as finished within about five minutes of arrival.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
