About The Locksmith of Manchester

The Locksmith of Manchester is a Manchester-based locksmith that is listed as operating around the clock and covering the town itself rather than only travelling to outlying areas. Its listing describes fast callouts and lock repair work. Customers who have written reviews mention lockout help, replacing a missing or lost key with a new lock, and repairing a door that had been sticking and difficult to lock.

Reviewers consistently describe the engineers as prompt, friendly and clear about what the problem was, and several say the work was finished quickly. Some mention being given a price on the spot and being told they could compare other quotes first. Others describe fair charges for the work carried out. Customers also note the engineer explained the work as it was done.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
