About The Unlocksmith Auto

The Unlocksmith Auto is a locksmith based in Folkestone, operating from a shop rather than as a mobile-only service. Customers report using it for lockouts, including locked-out houses and lost car keys, and for replacing a lock after a key broke off in a door. Several reviews say the business attended quickly and got people back inside or back in their vehicles within about an hour.

Customers describe the work as efficient and friendly, and mention that prices were lower than they expected. Reviews also praise the staff for helping people stay dry in bad weather and for reassuring them during stressful situations.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
