About Tuff Locks

Tuff Locks is a locksmith based in Torquay, operating as a mobile service rather than a shop, and it is listed as open around the clock. Customers who post reviews describe lockouts at home and at business premises, with several noting that the technician arrived quickly after being called and got them back inside without damaging the lock or door.

Reviewers also describe the technician as friendly, polite and efficient, and some mention that he kept them informed about his arrival time. One customer who used the service for a third party reports that the job was completed promptly and at a reasonable cost. Reviews focus on lockouts, so other kinds of work are not described in detail.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
