About Watchdog Locksmiths Ltd.
Watchdog Locksmiths Ltd. is based in Greenford and covers the local area without a service-area-only restriction. The business is listed as operating around the clock. Reviews mention lock upgrades, lockouts where a customer had left keys inside, and a call to a property where a suitable key already fitted the lock. One customer reports the team came out within about half an hour on a late Friday call.
Customers describe staff as friendly, efficient and careful with the work, including fitting and aligning a front door lock. One reviewer says the business arranged in-house training for staff after a complaint, and that a manager contacted the customer directly to discuss the experience. Other reviews in the same set are critical of call handling, so customer experience of the phone service appears mixed.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
