About A W Locksmiths

A W Locksmiths is a locksmith business based in Telford, operating as a mobile service rather than a shop. Its Google summary describes it as a mobile locksmith offering lockout services and lock repairs. Customers mention jobs including jammed locks, a front door that would no longer lock, and replacing a faulty lock, with one reviewer noting a quick entry after a lockout at night.

Reviewers describe the work as prompt, with one arriving within about fifteen minutes and another returning the next morning to fit a new lock. Customers say the technician explained what had gone wrong and gave advice on minor issues, including a back door. Several reviewers report that the price matched the figure quoted over the phone, and describe the service as polite and professional.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
