About AC Leigh

AC Leigh is a locksmith and security supplier in Norwich, operating from a shop rather than as a mobile service. Customers describe the staff as knowledgeable and experienced, and mention being helped with a range of hardware, including door handle springs, front door key barrels and safe keys. One reviewer reports that the key cutting team managed to cut keys that other shops had said could not be made, and another notes that key cutting was cheaper than elsewhere.

Reviewers also describe staff who offer practical advice on fitting parts themselves, which one customer said saved a callout charge. The business is also described as a supplier of locks, security equipment and door and gate hardware, and it has a branch in Colchester.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
