About We've Got The Key

We've Got The Key is a 24-hour auto locksmith in Norwich, covering car lockouts and key replacement, according to its listing. Customers who have written reviews describe a range of experiences, and the most frequent complaints concern delays, slow responses to contact and disputes over payments and refunds after bookings were cancelled.

Some reviewers praise the service for being quick and friendly, with one customer reporting the engineer arrived promptly and got them back on the road. Others report the opposite, describing late arrivals, a lack of clear updates and difficulty getting a refund. Reviewers also mention that the price was higher than expected when the job was not covered by a breakdown policy.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
