About Beacon Locksmiths

Beacon Locksmiths operates from Bodmin. The business is a shop with a mobile element, and the facts supplied do not indicate that it works only as a service area. Customers mention a range of work, including key cutting, fob programming, lockouts, lock repairs on doors, and fitting key safes. Several reviews describe prompt call-outs, with one customer reporting an attendance within about ten minutes for a sticking key at a busy garage, and another describing a quick repair to a door.

Reviewers describe the staff as friendly and helpful, and some say the work was done efficiently and at a fair cost. One customer mentions returning to the business for work on properties they manage. The business is not open around the clock, so customers should check the listed hours before calling.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
