About City Locks Co - Highlands
City Locks Co - Highlands is a locksmith based in Inverness. It is a mobile service rather than a shop front, and it does not operate round the clock. Customers in the reviews mention lockouts, a broken key left in a lock, a jammed uPVC front door, and a back door lock that needed attention.
Reviewers describe quick arrivals, with one saying the locksmith reached them within about 20 minutes after a call. Customers say the work was completed the same visit, and some mention a replacement multi-point lock being fitted on the spot. Several describe the locksmith as calm and reassuring when they were locked out with children, and reviewers generally report the prices as reasonable.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
